Riley - 7 weeks of smiles - Hunter Valley In home Newborn Session
Jul 15, 2020 | By: Eliza Emily Photography
It may of been a chilly day for Riley's session but he had enough smiles to make everyone feel toasty warm, pair that with the most gorgeous and outgoing big sister and it made for a beautiful session!
Thanks to covid Riley's Mum thought she may miss her opportunity at capturing newborn photos but even at 7 weeks old Riley was a little superstar and we got a beautiful variety of sleepy poses and some amazing awake shots too!
Big sister Charlotte even got the opportunity to get a couple of special photographs of herself and I have to say that little lady is a born model! If siblings are open to it, I love capturing a couple of shots of just them to make them feel important in a day that tends to be all about their new brother or sister
Riley's family requested a rustic country theme to their session and had a couple of specific setups they wanted which I was more than happy to do, It's really important that if you have particular ideas about setups, poses or themes that you don't be concerned to let me know! These are your memories so the things that will make it special to you are important! It is best to let me know before hand especially while I am doing mobile sessions in home to ensure I bring the right colours and props with me to your sesssion
Even if you have an idea or have seen a setup I've done before but you aren't sure If I can do it for you, just ask! Riley's Mum really wanted a shot of Riley on a saddle which she had seen me do for another client but didn't currently own a saddle, luckily I have horses and many saddles so we posed Riley at the session to fit the look I needed for the image and then when I came home I took the image of one of my saddles and composited them together while editing, Riley was safe and snug for the shot and Mum got the photo she was hoping for
